Phase Three: Final Design Documentation: Once we have landed all of the details, we put together a design intent book, including illustrations of design concepts and specifications for your contractor.

Phase Four: Construction and Installation: Materials are purchased and regular check-ins with your contractor are scheduled to ensure your home is built to the design specifications.
